Let me introduce myself, my name is Irwan Alnarus Kautsar, S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D. Currently I live in Pucang Indah M-13 Sidoarjo Housing Complex. I am a lecturer from the Informatics study program. I received my bachelor’s degree from the Informatics Engineering Institut Teknologi Sepuluh in 2008 and my master’s degree in 2012 at the same university. Right before my graduation from my master’s degree, I started my doctoral journey in computer science and electrical engineering Department, Kumamoto University, Kumamoto, Japan, and graduate in 2016.
I am active in the IEEE Computer Society, involved in the Scientific Comittee of many International Conference. Together with our colleagues, we designed a successful event, facilitating in-depth discussions about the latest developments in computer science. Membership in IEEE CS broadened my horizons and built a network with IT professionals. It was not only an opportunity to learn, but also to collaborate with talented individuals in the computing field. I received several research grants from the Ministry of Higher Education and recently from the Ministry of Research and Technology (KEMENRISTEK/BRIN) Indonesian Government, with topics mostly at educational engineering, financial technology, and human-centered innovation.
